I have a zit half the size of my head on my back

and it in just the right spot that I can touch it but can't pop it. Its right smack in the middle of my upper back and its driving me crazy. Probably better that I can't pop it. I might bled to death if I did. Its huge. I think it might be trying to take over the world.
