ok i think somthing in my comp is slowing things down , specifically loading times of games i have a t-bird 900 @ 1000 (7.5 x 133) on a abit kt7a 192 MB of ram gf2 mx and a Quantum fireball AS 7200 20GB.
my prob is in nearly all games when me and my mates network they all load stages of muliple games faster than i do with worse systems that mine my mate has a duron 600 192 ram same vid card.
in sandra my mem benchmark scores me @ 520/565 which seems good compared to the other tbird 1Ghz there, im in win2k and sandra locks up if i try run the hdd benchmark so im wondering if its that.
any other progs that give a good hdd benchmark that i can compare to see if its running ata 100 etc correctly?
