I have a Vista ISO from MSDNAA. Can I boot it from a hard drive?

I have a Vista ISO from MSDNAA. Can I boot it from a hard drive instead of burining it to a DVD? Although I can make a DVD, the computer I want to install it on has no optical drives. Is there actually a way to boot and install my Vista ISO from a spare hard drive?

Just mount it in Daemon Tools and it should offer you the option to install it. It should work for it worked during the beta when I tried.

Thanks. I mounted it into Daemon Tools, extracted the files onto a HDD, and installed from there. It works, thanks.
