Yes you can use that, but you need RCA cords for the audio (you'll need an RCA > Stereo adapter to plug into the line in on your sound card). You'll have to use a TV capture program or video editing software to view it as it doesn't automagically pop up.

i play PS2 on my comp useing my TV card which has TV in and it looks sweet
