I have a Trojan that is sitting on my machine i have also identified it as well

Adware Away
Ad-Aware SE Personal
Spybot - Search & Destroy

and Norton

All in safe-mode please help !

since you have norton installed you should try searching symantec's website with the name it identified the trojan as. (all the companies call them differnet names) and use it to remove it.
