I have a triple display setup, recommend me a graphics card(s)

Non-gamer.

I am looking for a PCIe graphics card or pair of graphics cards that is capable of outputting to three 1080p monitors via Display Port outputs only.

In the future, I would like to run a long HDMI display to a 4K television for movie viewing.

Ok, Get a evga 760. Youll have 4 inputs. YOu use DVI and alsmo HDMI

Virtually any video card from 2013 and on can do that these days.
If you want 4K just for watching movies, and no gaming then a $170-250 card.
You could get a Nvidia 950 (out soonish)/960 or a AMD 285 or 380 or, if you want to splurge a bit more, AMD 290/390.

That will work, and, also, the 960 has HEVC (h.265) hardware decoding support.
As I mentioned before, if this isn't needed right away, I would wait a week or so, and see what 950 brings to the table.
