Isn't this the show that Seinfeld himself said was a show about nothing? Sounds entertaining to me.

Anyway, watch the episode where kramer and george go to the airport to pickup jerry and elaine, it's quite funny.

i pretty much agree. i happened to watch an episode the other night where they all went to jail and court over the Good Samaritan Act law. watch that episode and you don't need to see any more episodes.

That was the final episode and really wasn't that great.

QFF

George Costanza is the funniest character ever in an American (nonanimated) sitcom.

(If we were considering 'animated sitcoms', Homer takes the cake)

(at least in my opinion):p

i wasn't saying it was great, just saying that if you watch that one, you pretty much get to see every other episode and what the show was about. the whole show itself wasn't that funny to begin with.

IYO. Millions of people would tend to disagree with you. Yet you make this statement as if what you say is fact.

And don't you think people would be more inclined to hear your opinion if you had any kind of information as to why you don't find it funny or entertaining. But you can't because you never saw it!

People who watch 5 minutes of something and say that the whole thing isn't funny are asshats!

No, you'd see pretty much every great character from the entire series but have virtually no idea why it was funny.

exactly. you mean to say that the series finale makes references to great shows throughout its nine seasons? who would have thought?

i cant believe people form their opinion of a show based on watching the series finale, or not even watching an entire episode.

i see i see, it's the "cool underground ATOT consensus" that it's not funny, and some of the big players in that scene are involved :p

Because family/friends around me were big fans, I've seen quite a few episodes but the show never really impressed me even though it had its moments. I got tired of hearing people reference it as a "smart sitcom".

In my opinion, Arrested Development, The Office (either version), Mr. Show with Bob & David, and others all destroy Seinfeld in the intelligently-written episode department.

I really never liked Seinfeld, and I've seen probably 100+ episodes. Then again, I don't really like any sitcom. Maybe I just have a warped sense of humor.
