Basically in the UK we get student loans which pay for most tuition (plus money from parents).
I have enough money for all my needs, and also a little extra for any emergency.
Because I am a student, my bank has given me £1250 as an interest free overdraft (basically £1250 of free money).
Should I invest it somewhere so I can make a bit of money off this free money? If so, what should I do with it? At the moment it's in a savings account, earning something like 5% or so IIRC, but there must be things which offer more.
I am sorely tempted to put it in stocks, but there's obviously a HUGE risk, but I was thinking a tracker fund or something might be a possibility.
