If the post I am quoting has a spelling mistake, I will fix it. If there are missing punctuation marks or grammatical errors, I will fix them. I'll even capitalize 'i' if they fail to do so. And lastly, if I feel that the post was poorly formatted or organized, I'll reformat it or change the spacing.

Sentences don't begin with 'and'. I fixed it for you. I also fixed 'proofreading' for you.

Why did you change the post description from present tense to past tense (ie passive)?

Present tense:
1) "If the post...has"
2) "If there are"

Past tense:
1) "if...the post was poorly formatted or organized"
