I was going to bake more cheese straws as a thanksgiving day living room snack, but despite my initial success, the straws ended up tasting kinda gross the following day when they weren't fresh out of the oven.

I used to take puff-pastry squares, put ground beef in them, wrap the pastry around the beef, bake it in the oven, and serve covered in spaghetti sauce.

my fav thing to do with puff pastry is to get a can of cherry pie filling and make a bunch of mini-cherry turnovers. sooo good and so easy to make.
