Dude, it's a Neon, if they give you enough money to buy a pair of roller skates and a toy poodle to pull you it's an upgrade.

Hey, PAB came back with another classic addition to the saga.

After all of your fun with insurance clears and you finally get the skills and grow the balls to support yourself, I hope you realize one thing...
You are just like your parents, they raised you perfectly in their image. Small time failed scam artists who arn't smart enough to realize they are just that much behind the curve to come out ahead.

They're not being fair on the settlement! How the ****** is this a scam?

Blah blah blah, everyone's heard your rhetoric over and over again. If you refuse to see how f'ed up you are in the head, that's your problem -it's your life that you're screwing up!

You shouldn't be involved with the settlement at all considering that you're neither legal counsel nor your parents who actually owned everything and busted their ass trying to keep a roof over your head so you could grow up and be a total jerk to them.

It was MY car, asshole. See: http://pics.apartment808.com/users/dukeofurl/IMG_0989.JPG

Besides that, my lawyer tells me that I should settle it myself, otherwise he takes a third and I get hit pretty bad.

Pab, I want to thank you for providing some entertaining drama to this forum.
For your efforts, a small vacation will be your reward.

Enjoy :gift:

Always cash the check.

I learned in business law that cashing a check doesn't mean that's all you are gonna get. Contest it if it's not enough but cash the freaking check!

We found private party ads for our car with comparable options and mileage and they offered us an extra $3000!

And stop referring to your daddy's lawyer as "your" lawyer.

The total loss was my integra, with State Farm.

This is a liability claim through Geico.

There are two different accidents here.

And MY lawyer gets paid, my dad is too cheap to get a lawyer.

What insurance fraud? Look at the numbers.

Structure: 100k
Contents: 100k
ALE: 50k
Personal Injury, Integra Crash - 8500
Personal Injury, Neon Crash - 8500
Persopal Property, Neon Crash - 2000

Theft Loss, Generator - 2000

Thats about $271,000 that State Farm has had to eat over the past 3 years. I'd say thats par for the course.

Something does not add up in his statements.

Unless State Farm == Geico

or he has had 2 Neons recently

Wow, one of the many insurance-raping threads we've seen from you but one that's actually about something you own. I'm shocked, I really am.

You should see the damage he got the money for. It's NOTHING!

Really?
http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=38&threadid=1905412&enterthread=y
Progressive totalled my car. $1300
State Farm totatlled my car. $1800
Progressive paid my injury: $3000
State Farm paid my injury: $8500
State Farm paid my OTHER injury: $8500
Geico totalled my car: $4500
Their claims office went from "yeah, we're going to total your car" to "nah, we can fix it cheaper so go f yourself."
I thought Geico already paid you about $3200 for the liability claim for the Neon back in June. Here.

The $2000 was for 2 laptops that were somehow broken when he hopped a curb and "grazed" a pole. I'm sure he'll post pictures of the broken laptops.

The problem is that he claimed that it is State Farm that covered costs on the Neon.

If insured by Geico, then Geico should have been responsible for the liabilities.

As you say, he has generated so many stories that he can not keep the facts (to build the stories) straight.

It adds up fine!

State Farm covers my Integra. I have no collision coverage but they have to pick up PIP.

State farm covered the Neon as far as PIP. I had an uncovered collision that was picked up by the at-fault party's property damage, who ran through geico.

In the state of florida, your PIP ($8500 for the neon) is covered by YOUR insurance, by law, in this case, SF.

If you have property damage, it can be covered by your collision or the other party's PD.

State Farm ate personal injury, Geico is eating property damage (car), and SF is eating property damage (contents).

It's extremely easy to have one car accident, and two or three insurance claims open with different insurers because of it.

Since the thread is about the Geico claim, which they already paid in June, what are they settling now?

PAB smear, my dear dear PAB smear....when will you grow up and learn that even if half of what you say is true no one here really cares or gives a fvck. Everyone hates you, likely your parents do too, though I imagine them to be something like the trailer trash you present yourself to be.

Just end the madness now. I have never seen someone here bring so much sh1t upon themselves intentionally. The fvcked up part is you think you're the helpless victim here, you really do.

I sincerely hope you never breed. You're a prime example in making a case for mandatory neutering and post birth abortions.

Tried that already. Got unlawfully terminated due to racism.

Well at the next job don't be a racist prick. But seriously though, crashing that Neon into a pole was probably the best thing you could do with it. Hopefully you got enough money to splurge the whole $50 to upgrade to a Power Wheel.

When you have a PIP claim, any money that they give you on PIP is sent directly to hospitals/doctors. I don't see a dime of that.

Thats what the paid, but thats not what I recieved for my injury.

They're saying two romanians and a hammer can do the job for 3200.

No, your insurance rates are going up because people keep driving into each other.
