ElFenix, I've lived in Houston for four years and never heard of Rudy's. Shame on me, I know. If I do go there, what would you recommend I get?

there aren't any in houston. they're mostly in central texas, iirc.

i like the moist sliced brisket, pork loin, smoked turkey. drench it all in sauce (the sauce is boss).

best bbq in houston, imho, is county line.
