hey members please tell me every single time i start up my computer it powers up for about 10 sec then turns off again and again like a million time screen says no video cable detected ..
i changed the graph card same problem
i tried the old one in another pc it works fine
i did the same with the energy supply box the rams all the cables same problem persists
i can provide all info in need

Memory most likely
1. Reset memory if possible using a 'MEM OK' button...
2. Clear CMOS, read your motherboard manual.
3. Try one mem stick only.
4. Make sure the components are all seated correctly. You could look at reseating the heat sink on the CPU correctly. It doesn't look like an overheating problem just yet, but could be.

In no particular order.

You may as well provide your spec.
Try to boot with just one stick of memory, the graphics card and nothing else. No USB peripherals, no hard drives etc.

some changes
first of all i dont have a MEMOK button , cleared cmos i used 1 memory card the computer load like continuously without shutting down but nothing in the screen (the moment i start up my computer screen go to sleep mode)
by the way i dont have an integrated graphic card
some observations:the cpu led dont flashes just a continuous red light and the bleu led inside the motherboard Lights continuously and no flashes too (2 leds/4are working some) times 1/4)
motherboard P55M GD45 msi oc genie dr-mos equipped with APS
cpu: intel i5 3ghz
carte graphique : GeForce 9500 GT 1 Go

Is this a new build or one that was working and quit?

In order to help determine if you have a hardware issue, or a software issue boot from a Linux live CD. I suggest Puppy or Fat Dog Linux as they are small and easy to download.

If Linux works and Windows does not, you have a software issue.

If neither Linux or Windows works, you most likely have a hardware issue.
