I have a rebooting problem right after loading windows 98se or ME.

I am in the process of elimination trying to boot up a Soyo sy-5ssm with the sis 530 chipset. I have changed Power supplies, Ram and later on today, I am going to try a older BIOS downdate. The rebooting in 98se happens right before I see the desktop that normally appears after windows is loaded. I later tried Windows ME and it reboots about 10-15 seconds after the desktop appears.

Any help or comments appreciated!
