Money Orders are not cash. They can be stopped. Cash is cash. And for future reference do not EVER take Western Union Money Orders for payment.

you can get a money at a post office. It's sort of like a check, except easier to cash, and you "buy" money orders. Money orders are as close to cash as you can get without being cash.
