Power Color Radeon 9700 Pro Evil Comando 2?

It is really a good Radeon 9700 Pro, Im questioning this because i doubt about the brand (Power Color?), I never heard about it.

And this card is good for my machine?

My Specs:

P4 2.2 Ghz
Mobo Via P4VMM
Antec 430 Watts PS.
512 MB DDR 266
Integrated Sound Card.

I have that exact same card and it's absolutely perfect. Also the packaging is the best I've ever seen for a piece of hardware.

Also PowerColor, like all other ATi manufactures, follows the ATi spec quite closely.
