i have a question about the bios chipsets on the BKHA+ motherboards

i just ordered one, and recieved couple days ago, i have opened it yet, but i heard there was a problem. random restarts. This was on the L chipset? Where on the board can you find out if its the N? on one part of my motherboard, there is the letter N, but the + sign seems to have been written in, (im not sure, it's still through the static free plastic) but maybe it's just me. So did i get a good motherboard? or should i rma it?
