I have a copy of Office XP Developer that i have stopped using, is it legal for me to sell it if i don't use it anymore? Also would any of you know a fair price for a copy? It comes with exchange server, source safe, sql server, and of course all the office products so its a pretty big bundle...

I believe it would be legal but against the EULA. But that goes for most reselling of software.

um didn't u use to work at microsoft?

I'd say its legal as long as its retail, or u sell it with some sort of hardware if its OEM. If its from the microsoft company store than all you have to do is scrape off that little sticker with ur employee number on it (j/k, my cuz works at msft and i got some cheap software from him)

If you read it, (not sure if this is specificaly noted) but you can resell it ONLY if you "delete" or "destroy" all copies of it that are installed and then you can sell it. And copy you mean the original version right? Otherwise definately not!
