I reading some of thier reviews about used cars, and have a question about thier rating policy.
This is a link to the rating sof a jeep wrangler. My question is about the insurance rating. They say 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest, so say that car has a rating of 1 for insurance, does that mean it costs a lot to insure it or would a 5 mean it costs a lot to insure it?
