Ok this is what is going on, My tv's remote didnt work, so i bought a new remote, and that didnt work, i bought a universal remote, and programed it, and that didnt work, but my tv works without the remote. I usually put the tv on sleep at night so i can go to sleep and the tv turns off after the time limit is up. So no when i go to sleep the tv either stays on all night, or i have to get up and turn it off, then i cant sleep because i had to get up. Now the problem with not turning it on in the first place is becasue my brain keeps on thinking, and i cant relax. (too much stress) What should i do? I am contemplating suicide? would that help?

CLIFFS: TV does not work with any remote
Need to fix
Suicide is an option!

Well, I have never attempted to off myself before, but I hear DIAF is good. Another crowd pleaser is TPAD.

First you dont tell me, and now you are using abreviations that i am not familiar with!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhh.

Maybe the best solution may be taking a bath (ala RING 2) with the TV and remote.

Seriously though, TV's are cheap - donate your's to Salvation Army for hurricane relief and get a new one ($100-$300).

With all the TVs they "found", I don't think they need anymore

I suggest dropping the TV on your head, preferably from two or three stories up. Attach a rope to it and pull, that should do it.

DIAF = Die in a fire.

TPAD = Take pills and drown.

Maybe the remote sensor is covered up / damaged?

if it is damaged, is there anything i can do to repair it?

Probably not on your own.

Is this an expensive tv? You'd probably have to take it in to get it worked on. If it's a POS tv, then it probably makes more sense to just get a new one.
