I have a P180 and a DFI nF4 Ultra-D

The problem is the Karajan audio connector that plugs into the motherboard seperately. When this is on there it's blocked by the rear fan so the whole motherboard just won't fit. Has anybody else run into this problem? I'm assuming that most people have totally skipped the onboard audio and went with a SB card?

You're right, I skipped the onboard audio and am using an Audigy. That's strange that it doesn't fit...if you take the fan off will it fit?
