I respect the people that T-bone the idiots that don't yield right of way and turn left in front of oncoming traffic.

If you are responding to my post directly above yours, the "idiot" T-boned me and somehow did it with enough force to total my car and crush the driver's side in... yes, they did this from a stand-still in a turn lane while hitting me perpendicularly while I was accelerating quickly from a stop. If you saw the damage, it would deceptively look like I traveled across the path of a car traveling forward at high speed rather than hit in the side by a turning car that had been stopped at a light.

He wasn't an idiot for attempting the maneuver, he was an idiot for trying to do it as fast as possible when the vehicle with the right of way was similarly trying to cross as fast as possible (he did not have a window of opportunity). He should have seen me take off and abort. I was not obligated to watch him in any way once I realized that I had green (I was expecting the stop light to give him the green arrow; it did not).

Also, FWIW, at least I respect the drivers who do this properly (know when to abort/brake) because it improves the flow of traffic even if it forces the other drivers to momentarily restrain their acceleration a bit.

The people I respect are the people who are not afraid to bang a left in front of cars that are going straight when a light turns green. Way to take the initiative.

The people who I deem stab-worthy are those who are too busy messing with their cell phones/ipods/whatever to walk...especially at work. If you are in a crowded hallway, put the damn tihng away until using it won't mess with everyone around you. I am so sick of having to dodge people walking in a zig zig line because they haven't looked up to see where they are going in at least 5 minutes.

Thank you. That is all.

I love people who have meetings in the hallway. Fifty thousand freaking offices and conference rooms and six people have to pile up outside of my door to talk about their project.

Please, I'm so busy some days that lunch is a 1/2 a sandwich wolfed down while walking from one location to the next, I'm not about to spend 15 minutes trying to search out a meeting room to handle a discussion that can be finished in under 5 minutes. No matter how many offices or meeting spaces a place has, inevitably, none of them are free when you need them.

Man I work with a guy that only walks how the OP describes.

He has some super human power that gets him to walk right in front of any and everyone that's coming anywhere within his perimeter.

It's so damn annoying.
