So I put a regular Linksys WRT54G wireless router up, and this guy asked:
"Hi. Can I use this in my garage to catch my bedroom's WiFi signal and conect 3 PC to it? I mean, wireless from my bedroom to Garage, then wired to 3 PCs?"
So I assume he has another router already in his bedroom, and wants to use this router I have to 'catch' the signal and further splitting it into 3 wired PCs. I'm 95% sure that it is not possible, am I right? Is there such product on the market to do what he's looking for?
Thanks in advance.
Edit* Ok, oh man, I think I see another thread showing how to make a bridge w/ this router lol.
Edit2* I read the other thread about making a wireless bridge, unfortunately my router is v5, so 3rd party firmware is a pain to flash.
