I have PowerDVD 6, VideoLAN, and MediaPlayerClassic which all play MPEG's.

I have them in one folder and the files are named filename.0000.0000, filename.0000.0001, filename.0000.0002 and up to filename.0000.0081.

When I play the first file with PowerDVD 6 it plays that first file then stops.
When I open the directory in VideoLAN it plays them all but there is about 3 seconds in between each file.
When I play them in a playlist in MPC it does the same thing as VideoLAN.

How can I play the movie without breaks?

Do I have to join the files? If so any programs that are good?

Thanks.

Thanks yankeesfan, I used SFJ to join them and it works perfectly!

I didn't download quicksfv because I don't have an SFV file for them, I used .Par files to fix them.

Is there any reason why I need to check them with an SFV other then assurance that there will be no problems in the movie?

And would you happen to know of an equally easy program to join xvid or divx encoded AVI's?

All of the ones I've found are annoying and mess up the audio. :)
