Just curious, what stopped him from repealing the ACA and replacing it with the big beautiful perfect Healthcare he promised? Or infrastructure? Or etc. etc. Etc. As you're crafting your answer, don't forget the GOP controlled the WH, House, and Senate for two years. Please be specific with your answers. We can wait.
