Does this mean I won't be interviewed by the companies I'll be directly working for?

This is a professional agency that hire post-grad people, with salary ranging 30-40K+

Or I have an interview with them, and I have interviews AGAIN with the companies that are interested in me that my agency hooked up with?
 
Probably two-round interview on the same day. Prelim with the agency and then a "serious" one with the real company.
