Ok i cant find the difference between these the processors except a $3 price gap.

The difference between the two processors is that the Model# ADA3000AXBOX is suppose to be a CG level processor. There is some discussion of it here.

There is a lot of good info here in the forums, and many great articles at Anandtech and other sites. Search around. The research will help with some of your questions.
