I have a few issues with ICS

I have a Captivate running the Dark Knight ICS rom and it is working great but I can not find a way to rearrange or get rid of extra home screens and I do not have a way to browse different wifi acess points

Is that an issue with that particular rom? ICS on my Rezound allowed me to change the number of home screens and had no problems with wifi...

apex launch solved the home screen issue and keeps the same look but I still can not browse open wifi access points

rom problem, not ICS problem.

try using a program called Anycut to make a shortcut to Wifi settings on your homescreen

if you can get into setting you should be able to click on the wifi options like any other phone.

if you cant get into settings at all then that is a different issue

In ICS there's an icon from the drop down notification area to get into settings as well.

Im a dummy, I was clicking on the wrong part. I didnt realize I could click directly on the letters

Or you can press and hold the wireless toggle from dropdown menu to get the wireless settings.
