I got it to work. I set dmz on the video conference computer (must reboot router-won't work for me with out rebooting) and under the netmeeting window, tools, options, advanced calling, I checked use gateway settings and put the IP from the d-Link router device information window (you know 192.168.0.1) in the text box. I've been fighting this for a while now and finally got it to work. I don't have anything set up in virtual server or special aps.
I've been using a external serial modem with the router so my dial-up IP changes every time I log in. The IP I put into the netmeeting gateway only appears to need the wwww, xxxx, yyyy portion of wwww.xxxx.yyyy.zzzz to be correct since the zzzz changes every time I log in.
Also, I've been using Netmeeting accessed through MSN Messenger with a hotmail account for myself and a separate hotmail account for the person on the other end. I hope this isn't too obvious--just thought extra info would be better than not enough.
Hope it helps.
