I have a dell laptop; and when I press the s key, it think I pressed s and d

this happens with a couple other keys too... dell sent me a new keyboard but that didn't fix the problem

this happens with w and e, s and d, and x and c.,...


(when I press w, BOTH W an E shows up, and when I press S both S and D show up, and so on and so forth

Wow that is odd, especially since they replaced the keyboard. I wonder if it is a software problem? Maybe try rebuilding your machine with the included build CD's from Dell.

it happens in the bios. they're coming out tommorow to replace the mobo
