Holy crap, I can't believe I never noticed this before:
Marty's accidental arrival in 1955 at Eli Peabody's farm is at an approximated time, as we are only shown the first two digits ("06") of the time circuits in the film. He accidentally runs over one of Old Man Peabody's pine trees while escaping shotgun blasts.

Marty arrives back in 1985 actually eleven minutes before he departed his reality at the beginning of the film. This overlap in time theoretically generates the mysterious "Marty II" character, opening the floodgate into the fourth dimension. We can see that the name of the mall has transformed into the "Lone Pine Mall" after he ran over the pine tree in 1955.
