Fico score is only part of it. History/report is also very important.

Is it a true fico score?

Also, very few approvals are entirely score driven.

Contents of the report will matter as well.

A couple of months history on just one card or so may not get you far no matter how the scoring comes out.

I had Jack In The Box tonight.
It was tough getting him into the box.

i remember mine used to be at 690. Lol, I had not pay late the entire year.. but I own just too many credit cards I think, (as much as 13 at one point).
In the end I did terminate more then half of my cards after I had established a decent credit line.
But it only lasted for a while as I had to make way homebound to Malaysia.. some adventure I had in the US :p

FreeCreditReport.com (I'm doing the 30 day trial thing)

It says it's the Experian report.

I love this forum, you guys make me laugh so hard reading your random responses...

I am 21 and mine is around 740, I think that both our scores are pretty good for our respective ages. keep it up and hopefully we both can hit 800 by house-buying time.

So I called up to Freecreditreport.com to cancel my account today because I don't need $30 a month monitoring and I could Barely even understand him and when I did he was kinda rude I wanna say. He made a few comments about my credit report by saying "While looking at your credit report you will be back I can gurantee that" and made a few other comments about it.

Anyone have problems with them? He was obviously outsourced I could tell by his poor english.

Credit scores don't mean that much. I had a 720 just a couple of years out of a bankruptcy. The score didn't help me much. Now that the BK has fallen off I'm creeping up on 800. :D
