Well, if it makes you feel better about it, she probably had about as much to do with the making of that album as Milli Vanilli had to with the making of theirs (sure, she sang, but after they filtered/pitch corrected/etc...)
 
Well, by the time they bring in a bunch of veteran musicians and producer(s) to "help" with the music and lyrics, then process her voice to correct pitch, add reverb, etc. it wouldn't surprise me that it's listenable prefabricated product that's 85% Simpson-free.

I'll keep listening to my collection of real music though.
