Heh wow, just got back from the hospital. The little bastard's name is Gregory (like two his great grandfathers) and he weighs 4.06kg. :D Heh i kinda got used to being the only kid in the family, after all it's been that way for over 18 years. Guess i'll just have to adjust :D Man, what a surprise though. Called home from work, and my grandmother picks up the phone and says "congratulations!" I was like "with what?...". My parents were just going for a checkup today, but my mom ended up having the kid. Ok i gotta get him a crib tomorrow. Any suggestions? What do i need to know about them? Size? Safety? Price?

wooohooo... that's great!!! I've always wanted a smaller brother to bully around ;)

Congrats!!!

Unfortunately I've got no kids, so I can't help you with the crib.

<< 4.06kg.... what is that in normal units, like pounds? >>

One kilogram equals two point two pounds. Figure it out. ;)

Just make sure you show the little prick whose boss... never too early to teach that kind of stuff. But congrats on that, having a little brother/sister is great (at least if you're more than 2 years apart).

Make him clean your car and stuff, or else. Well, you got to wait a few more years, I'd say about 3.

Yeah this guy's gonna be pretty tall when he grows up. Good. He sure as hell won't be the small kid in the class :)

Wow, your brother is 18 years younger than you?

When he's 20, you'll be 38. At that time, you could probably pass for his dad.

Damn, it sucks to change diapers for your brother. Cribs...in our family we never had cribs. The baby sleeps on a bed with lots of pillows.

At any time actually. There are plenty of 18-year-old fathers out there. Some much younger even.
