The reason for it is quite stupid. I was up late last night and had to use the restroom. For some reason I did not turn the lights back on in my bedroom. As I was trudgin through my room to get to the bed I slipped on a piece of Xerox paper and hit my face on the chair I keep in my room. Unknown to me, I was bleeding quite a bit from the eye. I woke up this mornin and wondered why I looked like a brazen whore. Anyway, I have a purple patch and a nice little scab above my left eye now.
 

That's one of the best stories I've heard in a while. It rivals the one I tell about my alcoholic roommate who fell out of his top bunk last year after going to bed drunk and landed on his desk chair. He had trouble walking for days. :)

The other night I banged my head on the fire sprinkler next to my (lofted) bed. In the morning I had a nice big scratch on my forehead, didn't even know it had bled when I did it during the night.
