I have a bad headache, nauseous, and I am achy...

Aspirin or ibuprofen, with a big glass of milk so it doesn't irritate your stomach further. Though if you're already nauseous, it may come back to haunt you...
 
Don't take tylenol or asprin with an upset stomach.
Take Emetrol for the tummy, then Advil for the aches.
Pepto Bismol is NOT good to use if you have the flu.
 
Don't forget to hydrate. A lot of those symptoms are worse when you are dehydrated. Carry a large tank of water around with you and take a sip often.

There's this stuff called Air that's been recommended to me by everyone and their mothers. Never tried it, but it's supposed to work wonders for colds.
 
After watching a lot of house I feel that ATOT is like our whiteboard where crabs are allowed to touch the markers; expect this isn't a hospital; and there are no doctors here(no offense to the few docors that post)
And I don't have nerely enough pain pills.
