The Discount field is on zero. You paid full price. They can't even pretend you saved.
Who needs an excuse? Have her carry it to you and go make you a sammich.
Since you won't actually need the guitar...can I have it if "OT plans for Fritzo's future" fail?Maybe...that's why I need a solid argument!
Hmmmm.....comparison theory. I like this!
I don't see the big deal over $1400 unless you have a habit of doing it on a regular basis. I haven't bought anything big for myself for a few years now. I could spend a few grand and my wife wouldn't say a thing. Just because she knows it's a once in a blue moon type thing.
My 90 year old former-neighbor has several 1950’s era Gibson and Fender guitars...including an original Les Paul Custom and a Standard. He’s turned down several offers of big bucks for his collection. The old fart plays fiddle, mandolin, ukulele, as well as the guitars.
Not exactly a comparison. Look at it again.
Is so! "Look! It was $12000....compare that to the giant coupon discount I got! "
