So I'm just about through the 5lb bucket of Gold Standard that I'd bought early in the summer, so I'm looking for something new/a different flavor of the same stuff to replace it. I'm really open to any sorts of suggestions, and I'm also pretty flexible about the price, although I'd like it to remain reasonable. If it's really a decent option, I'm also open to spending the 35 on a nice night out and going without anything.
I work out fairly regularly, hitting the gym for lifting/cardio ~4 times a week.
Thanks in advance, friends.
EDIT:
In response to flyback:
I try and do as many compound exercises as I can, and only resort to isolation when I've got no other options. I work alternating muscle groups and make sure to get plenty of rest. That said, whichever muscle groups I do work I work to failure. The end goal is putting on lean mass. I eat as healthy as I can, with lots of lean meats (no red meat at all) and vegetables. A typical meal consists of a couple of chicken breasts prepared in various manners (minimizing fat), some rice, and a side of vegetables. Due to my school schedule being so rigorous, I really have trouble getting to the suggested 5-6 small meals a day.
