Mercury levels in fish like tuna is insignificant and the benefits of eating tuna outweigh any negative effects a long term accumulation of mercury might have on your body. At any rate, I would be more worried about things like trans fats instead of mercury.

Eat Alaskan or Alantic salmon. It doesn't have mercury issues and it's extremely good for you. I eat about 1lb of salmon a week. Cook it in some olive oil and oregano... YUM

yeah it was recommended from the link i put out.. but where can you find real alaskan ? i mean a lot of places in nyc got busted for bait and switch..

Places everywhere are getting busted for bait and switch with seafood. Selling cookie-cuttered garbage fish as scallops, snow crab as Alaskan King Crab, et cetera. About the only way you can be sure is to move to Alaska and catch it yourself. I don't want Aimster living in the same state though. :p
