Broccoli is usually indicitave of genital warts...you might want to get that checked out... 😛
 
Hmmm, I don't recall feeling super-itchy the first time i shaved 'there'. It burned a lil after the after-shave (hehe, I'm kinky!) but the moisturizer took care of it.
