I hate windows 98 networking

Ive tried for hours to get this right. Im routing a 98 machine to a 2k machine through a router. Of course the 2k was just plug it in and it works. My 98 box cannot make transfers between people because the firewall or something blocks it. I tried installing everything, and finally it asks me for a file called secur32.dll, which I give it, and it just keeps asking for the same damn file.

Any light on this mystery would be solid
