I hate voicemail

I hate voicemail - both at work and on my cell phone. The whole service pisses me off. Especially at work, if I'm at a meeting or I go to lunch and I come back to my desk, I could be having the best day of my life and if I see that goddamn voicemail light on, my day is ruined. I'm not sure why I feel like this. I think my mind thinks 'voicemail == work' but I hate it with a passion ten times more than emails. Even on my cell phone too.....and even when I know who called and why they left it, I hate dealing with them.

And it makes it ten times worse that at work, I can't delete a message until the voicemail is entirely through playing

I don't mind it. It makes my job a lot easier some days.

I agree, I never check my voicemail, I leave it for days. Perhaps I'm just too lazy.

Yeah especially if you're working in IT for a bunch of art professors, enuf said. Btw, can't fast-forward or delete until the end of the message. :|
