I've been waiting since 4PM for my Dell 2405FPW to arrive, refreshing the tracking info page every 15 minutes but then at 7:15 I see a "Attempted Delivery. Person not home" update for 6:48. I call UPS to see whats going on and find that the moron went to the wrong door! ARRGGHHH!!!! Must kill....

Uhh I sat at home and even told my friends to wait at my house for me while I ran errands one afternoon.

At 6:15ish UPS truck entered my street. My neighbor talked to the driver for like 10 friggn minutes and he had my laptop in his hands. I stood at my open door just staring at them. Part of me wanted to run out and grab the laptop, but patience prevailed.

UPS never did that to me. Fedex, on the other hand, have done it more than once.

Brown can go down the sh!tter at this point 'cause I was planning my day around that that fooking monitor being on my desk. It was probably the "Dude you got a Dell!" kids idea for them to use UPS and not Fedex

You need to internet shop more...ups drivers never get the wrong door when its coming here because they know me too well.

They have delivered to my neighbor instead, just one time I'll forgive them but don't do that again... my neighbor kindly delivered to me that same day I wonder why my package go? Which way did it go?? Damn, even neighbor knows my house better then them. Took fedex more then a year for them to realize it is better to drop off package then to try to make someone sign for it! What's the point? Is their a thief around every neighborhood? Why is signing for it a mandatory thing and not optional such as special request??? You wonder!

UPS freaking blows, this has happened to me twice. You can always call in and leave a complaint (though I doubt it will help).

I wonder why they deliver package so slow across the US? Takes 5-7 days from east coast to west coast or east coast to west coast. Why don't they deliver everything fast and charge a flat rate like priority mail? That's what stinks about them! They like to nail you on 2day, 3day shipping service that should had been the cheapest shipping rate. I hate waiting an extra 3-4 days unnecessarily.
So why the f**k do they try to work as fast as possible even thought they have all the time in the world to ship 90 percent of their pacakge to their destination? oh, I get it! it's that fast pace crap so packages are more likely to be damaged by their mishandling!
I have nothing against ups but they sure stinks for a shipping service that just don't care about handling and care but rather to get from point A to B as fast as possible even if it means total destruction of someone's package.
