I ordered a laptop from IBM using UPS 2 day, the Laptop shipped out last thursday from hong kong and guess what its been in Ontario California from oct 30 12:00 AM

anyone had a experience like this? apparently theres a hold up at customs for some reason?

so if customs is holding them up, why is this UPS's fault? They don't decide what customs holds and doesn't hold

Theres a big problem with canadian customs right now, it's not really UPS' fault this time.

Update:

its monday nov 8 now and the tracking still hasent been updated apparently its still stuck, theres a guys from forum.thinkpads.com the got his 4 days after ORDER DATE shipped from the same location and the same laptop, I am getting tired of waiting
