I HATE trying to communicate with people from India!

I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to order a digital camera and it is seriously such a joke! the girl couldnt understand what I was saying and I had to repeat my address like 4 times and then she couldnt tell what it was I wanted to order. Finally she couldnt figure out how to apply discount coupons... Do I hate Dell now?! I think so...

in other news my dell laptop just shipped. order online. it's easier 🙂

Whilst I find the one's for my bank are clear to understand - It is annoying how they've given me 2 wrong pieces of information.

I was going to then I called and they told me about a case for my camera that I cant order online for some reason! So, I got suckered into wasting my time away... (still on the phone w/them)
