FCKING BASTARDS. just got off the phone with them, the FIFTH time this month over the same incorrect billing. Every fcking time i have to talk to a new moron, and explain the situation again and again and again... they can't call you back, and they can't transfer the phone to the previous csr (even if you have his/her rep id and name) so you have to play phone roulette apparently and hope you get the same csr you did last time -- otherwise, be prepared to explain the situation again and again and again. Then wait 15 minutes so the retard can read his fcking notes off his fcking computer. i use to rave about the company. i got my friends on it. i got my sister and brother in law and relatives on it.

now, i'm going to FCK THEM UP. i hate them.

Damn, I actually think T-Mobile's customer service is pretty good. However, I've never encountered a problem like you have. I can sympathize though, I have had my share of bad customer service experiences.

I used to be their biggest advocate. i've been on them for like 3 years now, back when they were even voicestream. I told everyone how great there service was.... WAS. Something happened along the way. and NOW I'M PISSED. Now the fcking whore is supposed to call me back in 5 days, she had to open ANOTHER case (second time, first time they opened a 'case' was like 3 weeks ago, the supervisor PROMISED to call me back after 5 days to settle the account. Did she? no. I got the bill yesterday. Just opened it. 345 bucks for 2 phone lines. What we talked about last time was never credited. Call today. New person. Have to explain to them again. They open another case. Gee Now i have to wait 5 more days (its been a month now on this). I'm about to hurt someone.

I was with them back when they were voicestream too. Actually, now that I think about it, I did once get a bill with a $280 restocking fee was applied to the account. I called them up that night and got it cleared up.

Hey, things could be worse. My second cell phone was with MCI WORLDCOM. LOL, I never got a bill, then after 6 months, they sent one for $700. It was a big pain in the a$s, and then they went out of business.

Yeah, they're very bipolar for me as well...I used to be very happy with them. They've rolled out free nights on the family plan, but require me to sign a 1-year contract in order to get it, which gives me more incentive to wait for the Motorola V80 to be released and then take my family over to the new Cingular and ATT network. ah well.

I used to use Houston Cellular (bought out by Cingluar later back in the day). I did use them after they were bought out too. I HATED Cingular Service. I loved T MObile service initially.

are there ANY good service providers?

Yeah, I've been with TMobile for 13 months. They've screwed up the bill six of those months, and twice it's been a real problem to get things fixed.

The second time, they refused to fix it over the phone but offered that I pay half and they pay half. I don't understand the logic on their part, but it's not like I'm going to turn down an offer to just pay half.

I wrote a letter (not an email) to customer service explaining the situation to them, and I told them I'd drop their service at the end of my 12 month contract if they didn't fix the problem in my favor. They never wrote back, but my account was credited the next month.

I'll stick with them until I move next month. Then I'll shop around again and see what I find.

All cell phone companies suck.

Switching companies and thinking one will be less evil than another one is foolish an naive.

I am convinced that this is plain truth.

so what was your total waiting time? I guess less than 30mins? average wait time for attws to talk to a human being is 45minutes+. to me, tmo customer service is awesome compare to attws.
if you hate them so much, just STFU and pay the damn EFT. port out your number to other carriers. I did paid the EFT to attws.
