I hate the stomach feeling after a night of drinking

You know what I'm talking about. When your sitting there and your stomach feels a little wierd, it maybe growls a little. You skipped breakfast b/c you didn't feel great and now your thinking "hmmm, do I dare to eat here? Am I actually hungry or is that a nauseous feeling"

hehe...I know what you mean. I usually take the gamble and eat the greasiest, worst for me thing I can find. Kill or cure.

Yeah, that is the worst. Luckily for me I woke up feeling perfectly fine today. Actually, the past few times I've felt fine the day after.

I was feeling that way the other night. To fix the problem I started out with slices of bread, then went to popsicles and pb&js

I usually feel that way as it's wearing off before I hit the sack. Usually I think I'm hungry so I go to the 24/7 pizza places with friends. However that has resulted in regurgitation enough times already so I've learned to ignore the eating temptation.

I can never understand how you people eat greasy food the day after a night of drinking. When I feel like that, grease is the last thing I want to think about. I usually have some dry cereal or something and even that I have to choke down.

if you really want to know which one it is... eat something.

If you throw it up, it was nausea.

If it stays down, it was hunger.

As long as it's not the "that *was* a chick, right?..RIGHT?" feeling, you should be all set. 😛

I find that bacon fried rice makes everything all better.
hmmm...you may be on to something here. Grease, carbs...recipe?

It's pretty simple actually. I steam about a cup of rice in a rice cooker. While that's steaming I fry 4-6 strips of bacon in a wok. I take the bacon out and let it cool so I don't get burnt cutting it up. Then I chop up about a half an onion into little pieces and fry it up in the bacon grease. By that time the rice is steamed so I throw it in the wok. Let it fry for a bit with the onions, then chop the bacon into small pieces and throw it in too. You may want to add some vegetable oil depending on how much grease you bacon produced and the severity of the hangover. Then push the rice and stuff to one side of the wok and fry a couple of scrambled eggs on the other side. When they are almost all the way fried stir them into the mixture. Then add soy sauce and sesame seeds to the mix, experiment a little to see how much you like. It's better to add too little, you can always add more when it's done cooking. You can throw in peas, carrots, corn etc as well, but if you're fighting a hangover simplicity is usually best. After a little practice you can get it all done in about 20 minutes.
