Do they never answer their calls or what?

I been "on hold" with BellSouth for over an hour because my call is "important"...

They charged my $150 for switching to BellSouth DSL from Winfire/FreeDSL - when installation is supposed to be free. I already talked to them once abou this, and they told me the charges would be reversed... They weren't...

I got another bill in the mail today from them for $150 - they never canceled the charge....

MAY ALL THOSE GREEDY MONOPLOSTIC BAS-TURDS GO DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

They are VERY unorganized. I had to move and reorder DSL from Bellsouth but since I already had my modem and stuff I told them that I didn't want the free modem and that I would rather have the activation fee waived. They said ok. Two weeks later I get the modem and they charged me for activation. Just stupid. i don't really care because I am going to sell the modem and get my $30 of the $50 back.
