I like to take showers once a day, and take a long hot shower to boot!

I love showers. Nothing like coming in from a nice hard run, all covered in sweat and grime, and jumping into the shower for a nice relaxing 10-15 minutes and then changing into clean clothes. Great feeling.

i love them. i spend 30 minutes in there every day. it's my thinking time and it wakes me up and relaxes me.

Just depends on if I need to be on a routine. If I need to be in a routine I'll take a shower every day. Otherwise I'll go without for 2 days, maybe 3 if I'm lazy and inactive. If I have a decent level of activity, I find I can use a shower every day though.
