stupid sprint somehow managed to get just our place cut off tonite, has no idea y, can't find anything wrong w/ any of the software, hardware or anything, and can't fix it, but still won't send us an external dsl modem so we can avoid using an old pc for that dialup, keep saying we have to have more problems.....god, sometimes i just wanna reach through the phone to customer service.....
